The Top House Inn is located in the heart of The Lizard Village and offers 8 superb en-suite rooms.  Refurbished in 2007, the rooms are light and bright and finished in a contemporary style inspired by the natural surrounding coastline.  There are 2 twin rooms, 4 double rooms and 2 family rooms (king size bed and a set of bunk beds). 

All our rooms are spacious, comfortably decorated and furnished, with either en-suite bath or shower rooms. Tea / coffee making facilities are available and each room has a tv and freeview box.  Free WiFi is also available throughout the hotel building and bar area for guests to use.

The upper floors (the accommodation is a three story building attached to the back of the Pub (no lift) offer some of the most spectacular far reaching views over the surrounding coastline.

Tariff:

• Double £70.00 per room, per night (based on 2 people sharing)
• Twin £70.00 per room, per night (based on 2 people sharing)
• Family room £70.00** per room, per night based on 2 adults - (**plus £20 per additional adult and £10 per additional child)
• Single Occupancy  for a Double or Twin room is available at £60.00 per room,   per night

A full English breakfast is included in the price!

Note

During Peak Season (Jun-Sep) a minimum stay of 2 nights is in operation for advance bookings.  For last minute bookings if we have a room available for 1 night we will happily accommodate guests for a single night stay.
